Grey Space Cohorts (online & in person)
Grey space is a place where healing and growth will naturally emerge as we are in community, sharing our experiences, perspectives, and questions freely without fear of judgment. Click here for more information. Grey Space Cohorts run every 6-8 months meeting for 12 sessions every other week.
We have a coaching relationship with Sequoia, a unique elder led neighborhood church in Redwood City, CA. We are involved with helping lead workshops, worship and preaching occasionally.
START SOMETHING NEW or JOIN US!
We are here to help new groups start from scratch! Some new groups emerge out of existing groups, other times existing groups join our network.
How it works…
Arbor has a unique structure designed for spacious spiritual community. We are a network of intentionally small communities connected and resourced by the Arbor Hub. The Arbor Hub, comprising our three staff, serve with whatever groups need to flourish. This ranges from coaching & content to prayer or financial support. Arbor staff occasionally join in to lead or to just be present. The Arbor Hub gathers all the groups together (roughly monthly) for various all network events including worship, experiential / specialized learning, and fun hang-outs. Arbor also coaches and resources local churches and ministry leaders.
Most of the groups in Arbor meet weekly. Some are virtual, some are in-person, and some are hybrid. Each gathers in whichever way best meets their needs. Some groups share an outward calling whereas other groups pursue different causes amongst their members. Some include worship while others discuss books together or hear teachings or engage in open discussion and sharing. Though each group is different, they all hold in common our values and approach. New groups can emerge from an existing group, or start independently with help from the Arbor Hub.
